ROLE IN THE PROJECT
As a key industrial partner, AHAVA focuses on the formulation and validation of cosmetic prototypes using the novel bio-based building blocks developed in the project. Using its pilot-scale facilities, AHAVA will produce small batches for pre-industrial testing. A comprehensive assessment strategy will be applied, including physico-chemical analysis, stability testing, sensory/organoleptic evaluation, consumer perception studies, and advanced ex vivo human skin models to assess safety and efficacy under realistic conditions. AHAVA bridges green innovation with end-user needs, driving the development of sustainable, high-performance cosmetic products.
