ROLE IN THE PROJECT
Cifo will be supporting the goals of the Runfaster4U T5.2 program by providing advanced formulation, testing and industrial capabilities to develop bio-based nutritional, biostimulant, and biocontrol products for professional agriculture. In particular, Cifo will be focusing on developing 2-3 products that will contain the protein hydrolysates developed as intermediates by NVMT in addition to other proprietary active ingredients and co-formulants. Bio-based nutritional, biostimulant, and biocontrol products will significantly improve the environmental sustainability of agricultural practices by allowing the farmers to reduce chemical inputs while maintaining high crop yield and quality.
