ABOUT
The Coldiretti Campania Federation represents the leading regional agricultural organization, with tens of thousands of member enterprises active in the agricultural, agri-food, and forestry sectors. Its mission is to protect and promote Campania’s agriculture by enhancing local production, supporting innovation, and ensuring profitability and sustainability for agricultural enterprises. Coldiretti Campania is an integral part of Coldiretti at the national level, the main agricultural organization in Italy and Europe, and carries out activities in representation, technical assistance, training, and communication, fostering the link between producers and consumers through the Campagna Amica markets and numerous local initiatives.
ROLE IN THE PROJECT
Coldiretti Campania participates in the RUNFASTER4EU project as the representative of the agricultural sector, actively involving local farms in experimental activities and in the replication of agronomic protocols on low-impact oilseed crops. The Federation supports the identification of marginal and fragile lands, facilitates dialogue with farmers, and promotes the dissemination of results to the territory, contributing to sustainability, biodiversity, and the strengthening of bio-based supply chains.
